My primary focus is to create strong, healthy, and nurturing relationships that will allow you to experience the level of security necessary to “feel better”.  I use a holistic approach to therapy that incorporates your psychological, physical, and social well-being.  While drawing from the latest research and scientifically validated techniques to improve treatment outcomes and promote lasting change.  Lastly, I use the healing practices of mindfulness and meditation to aid in your growth.
